Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Service Confirmation

Once a booking is confirmed for any astrology consultation, Vastu service, or related offering, it is considered final.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time.
To cancel, please contact us via email or phone with your booking details.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours) will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment once without any additional charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Refund Policy

All payments made for consultations and services are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where Astro VaastUpaay is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction with outcomes, as astrology is a guidance-based service and results may vary.

5. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be deemed completed, and no refund or reschedule will be applicable.
